Web Presence Overview Dashboard and Site Audit Tours
In an effort to improve the usability and actionability of some of the main features in gShift, we have incorporated two self-led tours, which can be accessed via the Tours button in the header.
The Web Presence Overview Dashboard tour guides users through Dashboard and Beacon configuration as well as the actionable data available in each of the Beacons. Users are reminded this is a Dashboard template, which may be custom configured depending on your specific data needs. Beacons may be added, removed or simply moved around in the Dashboard.
The Site Audit tour covers the configuration of a basic or advanced Site Audit as well as the data output and export options which include Excel or PDF formats. Site Audits can be used as pre-sales or ongoing site monitoring tools to understand where technical SEO issues may exist.

gShift kontextURL/TapClicks Integration
Few, if any, marketers have a single source for their marketing data. Many rely on third-party marketing dashboard solutions to amalgamate their data views. TapClicks and gShift have completed an integration whereby mutual subscribers with gShift API access can authenticate and display gShift kontextURL click/engagement data in configurable TapClicks dashboards alongside other data such as analytics, call tracking or lead nurturing in their marketing technology toolkit.
