  1. Nice post, Krista. The lines are definitely blurring between SEO and SMM. It's amazing how many business owners have trouble seeing the connection between social media and bottom-line results. These are excellent points to be made in that argument.
    I also add LinkedIn to the list. Although it has fewer members and people interact differently there, LinkedIn profiles, company pages, and discussion groups can be good sources of links and leads.
