BARRIE, ON – March 7, 2016 – Krista LaRiviere, Cofounder, and CEO of gShift, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors for Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), the largest non-profit trade organization in the world serving the search and digital marketing industries. As a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about the industry, LaRiviere is proud to be representing SEMPO for another term.
Over the past two years, LaRiviere has enjoyed working with SEMPO on their Board of Directors, helping to shape the organization as the needs of industry professionals have changed. LaRiviere also serves as the VP of SEMPO Cities, an initiative she led to redesign the previous Local Chapter structure. In its inaugural year, SEMPO Cities saw events throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico bringing education and networking opportunities to digital search marketers.

This week SEMPO is holding their inaugural Member Forum in San Diego, California. Marketing professionals from all over the world will come together on March 10-11, to gain information and insights to improve industry knowledge and performance. Members will get to connect and network in person, have discussions about current tools and techniques and share strategies for search and social marketing.
