Customer Success Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with customers to improve overall adoption and use of the gShift platform.
- Direct customers to leverage all available resources to increase adoption.
- Deliver training and best practice sessions through various types of engagements
- Advise on the capabilities of gShift and how they may further leverage to the technology to drive business value.
- Work with new customers to manage onboarding process.
- Work with internal teams to build creative solutions to customer issues and advise of potential RED accounts.
- Bring a fantastic work ethic and participate in building the company culture with high energy, persistent, ambitious personality.
- University or College degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in customer advisory role in the SEO or Digital Marketing space
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Experience with using a CRM
- Experience in driving customer adoption of technology preferred
- Credible acumen and effective communicator / coach
- Ability to understand and solve customer challenges leveraging internal resources
